Xiao Long Bao Dumpling Making Workshop

Din Tai Fung Uptown Parade opens its kitchen for a dumpling-making workshop led by its signature dumpling masters. Participants learn the art of pleating the signature xiao long bao alongside other dim sum staples. Workshop fee includes all ingredients, a set meal, and takeaway dumplings. Minimum age 8 years.
